My Approach
My coaching approach integrates principles from Human Design with established practices like mindfulness (MBSR) and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). Human Design provides a framework for understanding individual differences in energy, decision-making, and emotional processing. Mindfulness techniques help clients cultivate present-moment awareness, while CBT equips them with tools to challenge negative patterns and develop more aligned action. Everyone deserves to move through the world with ease and grace.
Through collaboration, we'll identify your unique strengths and uncover limiting beliefs that might be hindering progress. We'll then develop practical strategies, informed by CBT principles and Human Design practices, to achieve your personal goals. Coaching is a journey of self-discovery, and I provide a reflective, supportive, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your inner world and navigate challenges with greater clarity and confidence all while affirming who you are energetically.
